Do I need to be affiliated with a university?

No. Summer Homecoming is open to independent travelers, friends, alumni and participants without a school affiliation.

Where do I find the available packages?

Use the interactive package selector on the homepage to choose travel length, occupancy, resort and room category. The linked Squarespace store will handle transactions once configured.

Does requesting free trip information reserve a room?

No. An information request only asks for trip details; it does not reserve accommodations, collect payment, or create a booking.

Do I need to complete a separate registration?

No. Summer Homecoming does not offer a separate trip registration. Choose a travel package and review the total price, any initial payment, balance and written terms at checkout once active. A free trip-details request is not a reservation.

Which resorts are available?

Princess Grand Jamaica and the adults-only Princess Senses The Mangrove, near Negril, Jamaica. Review resort photos and room categories on our Resorts & Suites page.

Can I travel solo or request a roommate?

You may inquire about roommate pairing; matching and shared occupancy are subject to availability and confirmation. Review any single-occupancy alternative before purchasing.

Can I extend my stay?

Extended dates may be possible by request and may require a separate quote, depending on hotel availability.

Can I pay in installments?

Payment options and due dates will be displayed through the actual eligible Squarespace products. Service-product compatibility with third-party financing must be confirmed before it is advertised as live.

Is Klarna available for 24 months?

A 24-month Klarna arrangement has been discussed as a planned option, but is not currently confirmed as available for Squarespace service products. Only rely on options visible in the live checkout.

Is Cancel For Any Reason insurance included?

Travel insurance or a separate protection plan, when available and purchased, may reimburse qualifying losses. Standard trip-cancellation benefits may reimburse up to 100% of eligible insured costs for a covered reason. Optional Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage generally reimburses only a portion of eligible prepaid non-refundable costs, often 50%–75%, and is subject to purchase deadlines, cancellation timing, policy terms, exclusions, and claim approval. What airport should I use?

Montego Bay Sangster International Airport (MBJ) is the recommended gateway for the Negril area.

Is airfare included in the package?

Airfare is not included in the advertised accommodation packages unless your final written checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Are airport transfers included?

No. Airport transfers and transportation to off-site events are not included in the advertised packages. Arrange transport separately.

Do I need a passport?

U.S. citizens traveling by air to Jamaica need a valid passport. Entry requirements can change and travelers with other nationalities should check official guidance.

Are the event dates and venues final?

The 2027 schedule is tentative. Final event arrangements, inclusions, and any venue changes will be confirmed in your itinerary and written trip communications.

Which Summer Homecoming events have an open bar?

Both the Black Excellence Mixer and Pressure Pool Party are scheduled to feature an open bar for eligible adult guests. The event schedule remains tentative and service is subject to venue rules and local laws.

Are my trip payments refundable or transferable?

All trip payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly provided in the accepted booking agreement or required by law. Our group packages require advance commitments to lodging, inventory, and curated event arrangements. Firm payment terms help us negotiate and coordinate these arrangements, but they also limit our ability to issue refunds or transfer bookings when a traveler cancels. Our group packages require advance commitments to lodging, inventory, and curated event arrangements. Firm payment terms help us negotiate and coordinate these arrangements, but they also limit our ability to issue refunds or transfer bookings when a traveler cancels. All trip payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly provided in the accepted booking agreement or required by law.

Optional Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage generally reimburses only a portion of eligible prepaid non-refundable costs, often 50%–75%, and is subject to purchase deadlines, cancellation timing, policy terms, exclusions, and claim approval. Insurance pricing depends on traveler, trip cost, coverage, state, and provider. A $100 premium or full reimbursement for an any-reason cancellation is not guaranteed. Request a current quote and read the policy before purchasing.
